Media Partners SIA, Elijas 17, Riga, Latvia, LV-1010, is the controller for the limited personal data described here. Privacy requests can be sent to support@kwhprice.eu.
Website requests and server logs
When a page or API endpoint is requested, the server processes the IP address and records the request time, HTTP method and path without the query string, protocol, response status and size, and user-agent string. The kWhPrice.eu access log does not record the referrer. These records are used to keep the service secure and available, diagnose errors and prevent abuse on the basis of the operator’s legitimate interests. Logs are rotated daily and are normally kept for no more than 14 days. A relevant extract may be kept longer when necessary to investigate an incident, establish legal claims or meet a legal obligation.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not create user accounts, start application sessions, set cookies, use advertising pixels or run audience analytics. Price data is fetched from official market sources by the server; visiting a price page does not connect your browser to those sources. This notice will be updated before any optional analytics or similar technology is introduced.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we process your address, message and related correspondence to answer your request, take requested pre-contractual steps where applicable, protect our legitimate interests and meet legal obligations. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
Recipients
Access is limited to authorised people supporting Media Partners SIA and service providers needed to host, secure and administer the website or email. Data is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Providers acting for us are required to protect the data; required safeguards are used for transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. Contact support@kwhprice.eu. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
